FSU has a very competitive Creative Writing program. You can only take Fiction Technique once, then you submit a short story to the Advanced Workshop. You either get in or you don't. And if you don't, then you're supposed to change your major to Literature. But for me, if I don't get in then what's the point? I'm taking classes for fun, to improve my writing.
Well, there are about a hundred seats for the fall semester and I got one!
